What We Do

For nearly ten years NightOffice has been providing audio-typing transcription services for individuals and professional practices.

Our audio transcription service provides a cost-effective way of lightening the load for yourself and your in-house staff.

We accept work in most digital formats; dictation is usually sent in by email or by using the upload facility on our sister site, nightfile.

• Once received, work is forwarded to an appropriate audio-typist depending on the nature and industry of the work in question.
• For a new client we will need to agree necessary templates and formats for the returned assignments. We are experienced in this area and can provide help with set-up and formatting if required.
• All work is done on an as-soon-as-possible basis; in reality this is usually the same day for day work and the next morning for overnight work.
• Completed typing is always proof-read before being returned, and we pride ourselves on our accuracy and grammar. It must be pointed out that work can only be returned as draft format.
• All our audio typists have signed a confidentiality clause and we are registered with the Data Protection Act 1988.
